Besides the fact that Kinky Yoga can aid in improving flexability, posture and muscle strength, all of which will help further your journey as a rope bottom or rope bunny by allowing you to stay tied up for longer, more easily as well as help you achieve more complex positions when being tied. Kinky Yoga alos allows you to drop with ease into a place of relaxation and contentment, calming your mind and stilling your body so you can relax into your pose.
I am a fully qualified Personal, Group Fitness Trainer and Yoga Instructor. I practice Vinyassa Yoga and want to pass onto you the techniques I have learnt so you can grow and develop your own spiritual & physical journey. I teach a blend of slow, deep, focussed Yin Yoga style, intergrated with stretching, to create strong core and flexible forms. My aim is to assist you in finding mindful movement in a practice that helps you connect to your breath, your body and your mind.
