I’m very touched to receive emails like this, it’s very humbling and I’m very happy that people can find different ways to incorporate all aspects of their lives together. Job done!!
I’ve been looking into your work incorporating BDSM into person training and I just want to say that it is amazing and revolutionary. I feel that you have truly opened a door that will lead to positive change in both BDSM and fitness.
Speaking from the perspective of someone who has experienced exercise in purely a negative light (via extreme parental pressure to lose weight as a child), I can imagine the immense benefit of your sessions for other kinksters like me. You are changing lives and, frankly, I’m touched.
Thanks for all you’re doing, wishing you well.

Breaking Balls – CBT
This introduction to CBT (or Cock and Ball Torture) is a workshop to get people creative, stimulated and excited with health and safety at the forefront.
We will cover basic care, safety, cock ties, needles, pegs, the Humbler, spanking, whipping, ball busting and more! This is a hands-on workshop so you will have an opportunity to practice on your partner. There will be some of my own toys to peruse and I am able to supply some laces and pegs but by all means please bring your own along.
Great communication and negotiation is the key then it is left up to the Dominant to create a fantastic experience and the submissive to trust, feel secure and safe then release all inhibitions and allow the fantasy to unravel. Brace yourself and dive in!
